For each client we will need four pages signed by the client. These are (provided in PDF format):
- An engagement letter, this is the contract between us. You should print a copy, a director should sign it and send it to us. You should not consider Landlords Tax Services Ltd to be instructed until you have received back a copy signed by us;
- Form 64-8, the client's authority to the H.M. Revenue & Customs;
- The client's authority to the letting agent;
- Our terms & conditions.
